CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS

When starting up a worksite, it is important to comply with standards and regulations and present authorisation documents and requests to the competent authorities.

Albini Energia has gained extensive experience in worksite management. Today it offers quality services and technical support to its customers and works alongside them throughout all stages of the project from preparation of the technical documentation, works management, delivery of certification and safety coordination to plant design and construction.

Albini Energia checks the type of planned intervention, assesses its feasibility and decides which documents to present to the competent bodies:

• I.A. (Start of Construction Notification) document
• C.I.A. (Certified Start-up Notification) document
• I.L.A. (Sworn Start of Works Notification) document
• I.A.P. (Declaration of Start of Productive Activity) document
• Planning permission

Once authorisation has been obtained, Albini Energia organises the worksite and all the stages of the project, following the work on site and making sure it is correctly implemented.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROCEDURES

It is becoming increasingly important to protect the environment and the ecosystem. This means that legislation is constantly updated and businesses face increasing bureaucratic pressure; all production activities that have an impact on the area and are covered by Legislative Decree 152/08 must have the necessary authorisations.

Albini Energia helps customers carry out the necessary environmental procedures at the competent authorities:

• I.A. (Integrated Environmental Authorisation)
• U.A. (Single Environmental Authorisation)

Consultancy includes an initial meeting in which all the information concerning the customer’s plants is collected and the necessary obligations and requirements presented. Albini Energia handles the entire authorisation process and relations with the competent authorities (ARPA, Province, Municipality, SUAP, etc.).
